Big Rocks & Little Rocks
We naturally fill our days with many small tasks ('little rocks'), leaving no room for what truly matters. This exercise helps you identify your top priorities (big rocks) and take action to give them the time and energy they deserve.
How to use:
1) List 5 things that take most of your time but aren't top priorities.
2) Name your 3 top priorities in life.
3) Identify what needs to change and what obstacles stand in the way.
4) Write 3 concrete action steps to redirect time toward your priorities.
Your important values and activities must have priority in energy and time, before the pebbles and sand!
What prevents you from spending enough quality time and energy on the important things?
