About this tool

Having a clear personal vision and mission is the foundation of motivation and accountability. Carl Jung said: "Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart."

How to use:

1) Reflect on what you love, value and dream of.

2) Complete the Vision worksheet, then the Mission worksheet.

3) Write your personal Vision and Mission statements.
