Rate Your Fear

To reduce fear, we must first acknowledge it. Jay Shetty writes: when you feel fear, take a deep breath and say 'I see you, my fear - I am here with you.' This technique helps you put fears in perspective by rating them against the worst imaginable scenario.
How to use:
1) Think of the absolute worst thing you can imagine - make it a 10.
2) List your current fears and rate each relative to that 10.
3) Notice how most fears are much lower than you assumed.
