Your Competence Map™
You know more than you think.
A 20-minute, honest review of your skills. Turns "I think I can do this" into measurable proof — and shows what to develop next.
approx. 20 min · for yourself · not a test or assessment
You know you are capable. But when a job interview, promotion, or pricing conversation comes along — suddenly it is hard to put it into words. "I get by" instead of "I am an expert at this".
Start with a simple exercise
Imagine someone is taking over your responsibilities tomorrow. Leave them a list of everything you do — absolutely everything, not just what you are great at.
Then add two things:
- — what you have learned along the way,
- — what you are proud of.
That is your complete list. Now we will assess it — and count how much of it you do at an expert level.
How it works
Write everything down
List your skills like a handover document — no judging, just dump everything out. Don't know the name? Describe it in your words.
Colour-code
For each skill mark a zone: 🟢 expert, 🟠 developing, 🟤 with support. There is no "can't do" zone.
See your map
Count. The most common reaction: "I can do this much?". Your achievements — all in one place for the first time.
Plan and upgrade your CV
Choose 2–3 things to develop (SMART plan), then upload your CV — the AI agent will suggest what to strengthen and how to name your talents.
Three colours, one goal:
See how much you already have
Green — Expert
You do this independently, teach others, people ask you about it. You deliver even under pressure.
Orange — Developing
You manage and deliver, but want to sharpen your knowledge or practice a bit more.
Brown — With support
You know the topic and understand it, but do not feel ready to work on it independently yet.
What you'll walk away with
Evidence-based confidence
A counted list of what you are an expert at — no more "I think I can do something".
A concrete development plan
2–3 SMART goals for what you want to level up.
A stronger CV
Ready-made suggestions for what to add, highlight, and how to name your talents.
One rule
"Be honest with yourself — like a man."
Research shows women underrate their skills more than men. This tool keeps you honest: it catches "just" and "a bit" and asks for facts instead of modesty. Brag with evidence — facts are immune to downplaying.
Who this map is for
For you, if you are facing a job change, interview, promotion, pricing conversation, or returning to the market after a break — and want to go in with a clear head and self-confidence based on facts.
