Rocking Chair Life Vision
Imagine yourself at 90 years old, sitting in a rocking chair, healthy and deeply happy. You look back over a perfect, fulfilled life. What do you see? This powerful exercise helps you discover the life vision you already carry inside — and turn it into a beacon that guides every decision you make.
How to use:
1) Find a quiet, comfortable place with no distractions.
2) Close your eyes and vividly imagine yourself at 90, looking back at a perfect life.
3) Fill in each section with what you see, feel, and are proud of from that perspective.
Guiding questions:
• Who are you as a person? What values are important to you that also inspire others?
• What have you achieved that makes you proud and gives you meaning and fulfillment?
• How did your life unfold in Family, Friends, Partner, Career, Health, Home, and Leisure?
• What knowledge do you value?
• What did you contribute to others?
• What do you see, feel, and hear that shows you are truly happy?
